返金ポリシー

キャンセルについて：製品発送後のキャンセルは、お受け致しかねます。また、受注生産製品は、ご決済後のキャンセルをお受けいたしかねます。

返品期限：「製品不良、且つ未使用品」もしくは「ご注文の製品と異なる製品が到着した」の場合に限り製品到着より７日以内まで。FRP製品は塗装および加工後は、返品期間内であってもお受けいたしかねます。

Regarding cancellation:

We cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.
We cannot accept cancellations for made-to-order products after payment has been made. 

Return deadline:

Within 7 days of receiving the product only in the case of a "defective and unused product" or "a product different from the one you ordered". We cannot accept FRP products even within the return period after painting or processing.
